Return Policy

STORE POLICIES
RETURNS:

We have an Exchange Only policy. Clearance items are a final sale. All other items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or if shipped, 14 days upon receipt of the package. All items must be in original condition and must have all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed or missing tags will not be considered for exchange. If shipping, The Wild Rose is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered. If you decide to mail item(s) back without discussing the issue with any Wild Rose Team Member, the item will then become a final sale. If you are shipping an item back for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from The Wild Rose.


All jewelry and hats are a final sale due to the health codes.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If there is a hole or defect in the material, you must let us know upon 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be up to the owner or manager after the item has been inspected. After the 7 days we will not accept the item back.


SHIPPING POLICY:

All items will be shipped and received by the customer within 14 business days of the initial purchase date, unless otherwise stated (I.e mystery boxes which are preorders).

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

You will be notified within 24 hours of your purchase time if your item is out of stock or sold out indefinitely. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be refunded the total amount.
